Come prepared to sweat and smile with Studio One’s FIRE class—a creative, intentional movement event, designed to help you fall (more) in love with being in your body. Dance-inspired cardio sequences alternate with compound strength and balance challenges, all designed to help build stamina, endurance, mental capacity, strength, and coordination. Inspired by the unpredictable nature of Fire, no two classes will ever be exactly the same—just to keep you on your toes.
