Uniquely named after a yeast species called "Saccharomyces uvarum," UVARIUM (6% abv) is a completely wild fermented hard cider. We combine a signature blend of pressed apples and locally cultivated grapes into oak barrels to ferment for 3 months. The result is an off-dry, truly unique, wine-like cider.
