SUGAR SHACK RELEASE PARTY
SUGAR SHACK + FLAPJACKS
Join us in celebrating the release of our seasonal SUGAR SHACK hard cider with a free pancake breakfast!
The North Country team will be flipping flapjacks from 10am until noon (or until they're gone!) SUGAR SHACK - a sweet hard cider made with fresh ginger, maple syrup from Giles Farm (ME) and walnut, will be available on tap and in cans to go.
Drizzle maple syrup (from Giles) on your short stacks, and grab a pour of Sugar Shack (in a limited edition glass!) while you sip sparkling hard cider. There will be a batch of GF pancake options too!
Cider Release: NORTHERN COMFORT
The temps are dropping in New England... which means it’s time for NORTHERN COMFORT—our sweet holiday hard cider handcrafted with mulling spices.
Starting FRI (11/10), enjoy NORTHERN COMFORT on tap and in cans and growlers to go!
FRY'D food truck will be joining us from 12-7pm… See you at the cidery!
Cider Release: UVARIUM
UVARIUM // 6% abv - a wild fermented cider made of a signature blend of pressed apples and locally cultivated grapes. The combination ferments for 3 months in oak barrels for a deliciously off-dry, wine-like hard cider.
Cider release: GINJAH BABY
(Ginjah) BABY…hit me one more time
Cranberries and fresh juiced ginger are the headliners in this beloved hard cider release. Tart and a touch spicy (thanks to the ginger). Get some BABY on tap and in cans starting Friday 10/13.
Cider Release: SQUASHED
SQUASHED // 5.75% abv - Fermented apple cider combined with fire-roasted kabocha squash, fresh ginger, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Locally sourced kabocha squash is hand-fired and combined with freshly juiced ginger, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Move over, #pumpkinspice … SQUASHED is HERE!
Join us on Friday 9/29 and enjoy pizza from DEADPROOF Pizza Co. from 4pm to 8pm.
DOUBLE RELEASE: THE BOND + HOP SHIRE
With the end of summer comes our annual release of two fall favorites:
THE BOND // 6% abv - Co-fermented stout and apple cider with pomegranate juice, habanero peppers and cinnamon
HOP SHIRE // 5% abv - Fermented apple cider dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops
Both will be on tap and in cans to go starting FRI 9/15!
Cider Release: BLUE CRUSH
Maybe the most exotic in our CRUSH series, BLUE CRUSH is made with mango, kiwi, guava, and blue spirulina! Deliciously tropical with a color you’ll swoon over, this new release will be on tap and in cans to go starting FRI 8/25!

Cider Release: BEARY PATCH
BEARY PATCH // 5% abv - A sweet, tart hard apple cider wild fermented with raspberries!
Like all of our ciders, Beary Patch is gluten free and handcrafted without any added sugar, nor preservatives. Made once a year, this summer cider will be on tap and in 4-pack cans to go starting Friday, July 14th.
Cider (+ glass) Release: PINEAPPLE THUNDER
Rain or... whatever the weather (for the love of Pete, please no more rain), we're celebrating summer with the release of PINEAPPLE THUNDER!
Starting Friday, June 30th, Pineapple Thunder will be available on tap and in 4-packs to go at the tasting room... along with *NEW* tiki-inspired glassware!
Purchase a glass and pour for $15 (or just the glass for $10, while supplies last…) and enjoy your ciders in NCHC style all summer long.

BETTER HALF // 5% abv - hard cider made with fresh lemon balm (Shilo Farm), decaf black tea (White Heron) and mint
For fans of the Arnold Palmer, BETTER HALF is where it's at—refreshing and medium sweet with no preservatives and zero added sugar.
Join us for release day Friday 6/23 and enjoy comfort BBQ from the Big Bad food truck!
Cider Release: RIFT
RIFT // 6.7% abv - A blend of heirloom Maine-grown apples co-fermented with De Chaunac grapes from Flag Hill Winery. A fruity effervescent red wine cider, for your fancy summer dinner parties.
Handcrafted, bottled, and labeled in New Hampshire, RIFT will only be available for a limited time, so be sure to try some on tap your next visit, and take a bottle or two to go!

BUG JUICE // 5% abv - made with blueberry, cherry, pineapple, cranberry, and strawberry... like nostalgic summer camp fruit punch (…but for adults)!

Hard cider made with strawberries and rhubarb… what better flavors to welcome our warmer days in New England? SWEETIE PIE will be available on tap and in 4-packs to go at our Dover, NH tasting room.

We’re also celebrating with the release of limited edition glassware, featuring the illustration of New Hampshire-based artist, Alyssa Grenning.

XXX aka "Triple X Firestarter" is our next release to kick off your February!
Available in the tasting room on FRI 2/3, this season's XXX has an extra kick in the 👖. We infused not only 3 batches of our habanero + cinnamon ... BUT 4 into our blend of locally sourced fermented apple cider.
Try some in a flight or pour from the tap and take some cans or growlers to go!
